Estate Planning And Estate Settlement Fees

At The Mazza Law Group, P.C. we have adopted a client centered approach to estate planning. We believe it is the lawyer's responsibility to educate our clients, learn their needs and desires, and only then prepare the legal documents that best meet the Client's individual needs. We start with a confidential one on one consultation with an attorney in which the client's desires are discussed, options are presented and questions are answered. This initial meeting usually lasts at least an hour, and may be longer. The client is asked to provide some specific information and we then prepare the appropriate estate planning documents. Drafts are provided to our clients for their review and discussion. We answer any questions the client may have, either at a meeting or by telephone, and then make any necessary changes. Finally we conduct the formal signing ceremony in our office and provide the witnesses and notary. We also provide the original documents and a copy to the client for their files. For our clients who would like us to retain the original documents for safekeeping we will keep the originals in a secure location at no extra cost to our clients.

Our fees for these services include the complete process to result in the appropriate estate planning document(s) for the individual client's needs. The chart on the next page reflects our " guaranteed fee "T for the specific services listed. In those cases where an hourly fee is appropriate we utilize trained paralegals for as much of the document preparation as possible, resulting in high quality but lower cost estate plans and estate settlements. If you have any questions about our fee or which estate plan is right for you please do not hesitate to ask.

At the Mazza Law Group, P.C. we want our clients to know the value of the services we provide.T
