Biography: Attorney Kelley joined us after a distinguished career in public service as Vice Chancellor for Employee and Labor Relations with the Pennsylvania System of Higher Education.
Ed and his wife, Billie Willits, are long time residents of Patton Township. They are avid hockey fans and are often seen at the PSU ice arena watching the Penn State Icers.
